Yoga Classes Description

I teach a blend of different yoga styles I experienced over many years. I love to share my knowledge to create physically challenging but accessible classes. The best way to know if you are going to click with my style is to try a class. Come and join us ! Feel inspired, empowered, balanced and grounded.

Group Classes

Hatha Flow

Reap the benefits of a well-rounded practice as you stretch and flex your body through traditional postures linked into creative flows, drawing attention to alignment, foundational asanas and breathing techniques (Pranayama) to energize, restore and cleanse the body and mind.

Medium intensity, suitable for all levels

Power Vinyasa

A vigorous and challenging class where a series of interconnected poses are threaded into flow sequences with a focus on strengthening. The practice builds strength, stamina, explores more advanced asanas, builds heat and works the whole body.

Medium to High intensity, multi-level, some yoga experience preferred.

Pose variations are always available in all classes for an increased challenge or milder modifications.

Private Classes

If you have a specific goal you are trying to achieve, whether it’s physical, mental, spiritual or emotional, a private lesson is a great way to start. In private classes you can deepen your practice, gain confidence, ask questions, receive personalized guidance and hands-on adjustments tailored to your individual needs.
Private classes are suitable for complete beginners who would like to learn the foundations of asanas, pranayama and meditation, as well as for more seasoned yogis looking to advance their practice under the supervision of an experienced teacher.

I am certified in Prenatal and Postnatal yoga and can guide pregnant women and women after childbirth in their yoga practice with necessary modifications.

I also offer Zoom virtual classes – you can practice with me online from anywhere in the world, get feedback, live interaction and the motivational feeling of being ‘in the moment’, unlike prerecorded classes.

Low to High Intensity, in person and online, suitable for all levels.
